Purposeful RESOURCES

Over the past year I’ve completely self-educated myself on holistic health, nutrition, plant-based eating, and how to nourish my body from the inside-out. I’ve read a countless number of books, all of which have allowed me to gain a clearer understanding for what I’m truly passionate about. While I still don’t know everything about health & nutrition (nor will I ever know everything), My intention for this page is to provide the resources that have helped me learn and understand everything health related. I hope you can gain some inspiration from the resources I’ve provided, and take advantage of the opportunity of gaining further knowledge about the topics I’ve talked about.

Choose any of the books, links, or films I’ve suggested and allow yourself the opportunity to gain insightful knowledge about how to help your body, the environment, and all things health & wellness!
